Tony was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of our home purchase. More than just a realtor, Tony partnered with us as we searched far and wide for new home. Throughout the entire process, we never felt rushed to make any big decision; instead, he would encourage us to think it through and take our time before making big, life-changing decisions like purchasing a property. And when it came the time for us to have to make decisions (such as setting offer prices or contingencies in our offers), Tony typically came with us already fully prepared with price comparisons and useful information so that we as his clients could make the best and fully educated decisions. We always felt that Tony had his clients' best interests in mind - this is rare and isn't something you'll find with many other realtors. Tony is a great agent that provided us support throughout the process and is still providing us advice / support on many fronts today (after we purchased the home). For context, we tried out a couple highly recommended agents prior to Tony and are extremely happy that we found a solid agent that we can refer / use in the future. I am very detailed in nature and Tony took the time to explain every clause / lime item in the offer forms to my wife and I and made sure we were very comfortable throughout the process. His commitment to the process was exceptional - I received prompt responses to emails / texts and worked with our tight time frame as we wanted to close on a home before the end of April 2015. He handled negotiations with the other side well and knew how to translate what we wanted into something that did not seem unreasonable to the other side.
