Toni Chapman

Toni was very knowledgeable in all aspects of selling a home, she did not advise major upgrades such as roofing and HVAC system which we anticipated a realtor to do. Ours were original, 2001 build. Our counter tops were Formica, wall to wall carpeting, many things that new home buyers avoid. Toni apparently knew what she was doing, priced the home fairly, we had a contract, full asking price in 48 hours. Toni also went far beyond what is expected of a realtor. Due to health issues my spouse and I were not able to manage keeping the home in readiness for frequent viewing so we relocated and left many tasks in Toni’s hands. She very graciously agreed to make calls and schedule meetings with carpet cleaners, window cleaners, house cleaners and the handyman, arranging meeting all and giving access for work to be done. I feel this was far beyond her duties as a realtor. We will forever be grateful for her exceptional assistance with these projects. Thank you Toni for your graciousness, your pleasantness and certainly your professional handling of the listing and sale of our home.

We managed to get everything completed in spite of the covid. Toni was a joy to work with, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She even helped with some decorating ideas when we did our walk through before closing. Stay safe everyone!
