Two words to describe Tom and Shirley, “Special Agents”. When we made the decision to buy in Florida, we needed more than an agent that would just send us listings. We needed agents that truly had our best interest in heart. We didn’t need agents that would talk over us or rank their attentiveness on the price of the house we can purchase. Our first communication with Shirley was on the phone. We lived in Cincinnati, and have a son that lives in Orlando working for Disney. We had always wanted to retire to a warm climate, and we started looking online at suburbs around Orlando. We came across one of Shirley’s YouTube videos, featuring a 55+ gated community, and decided to give her a call. From the very first conversation, we could tell that she cared for her clients and wanted to get to know their wants and needs in order to find the home of their dreams. We were going to visit our son for a few days over the holidays, and decided to go out with Shirley and look at some real estate, just to see firsthand what the market was like. Incredibly, within 2 days, we were able to find and put an offer in on out dream retirement retreat, before flying back home! I used coldwellbanker in the past and they did a good job so I figured I'd do it again with Shirley and Tom, I was not disappointed. They did a great job. Worked hard to get it sold and got the house sold over the weekend. Then continued to work hard to complete the process. Seemed to me we were more important than just simply a commission. Our experience with Shirley is phenomenal! I have never worked with anyone like her, she's beyond wonderful and we were ecstatic to find what my husband and I call a "jackpot" realtor. Shirley and her team where great to work with. Shirley was able to show us several properties in the area. When we found one, the selling process was smooth and the team kept in contact with us at each step of the process.
