We had watched Tom and Shirley's YouTube videos for months. On our way to visit family in South Florida we spent time in Clermont and met with them about what we we looking for in Florida. We went back to Georgia. They sent links to us and even walked thru a couple with us on video. Late one Sunday afternoon, they sent THE LINK to our dream home and made an appointment to walk thru with us the next morning. We made an offer, all online with Shirley and Tom's expertise, and by 6 pm we had an accepted contract. We closed in person with our awesome agents in attendance in Clermont. What a Great Team We connected with Tom and Shirley a year before we were ready to retire and move to Florida. Since we were from the Philadelphia area we didn’t know much about this area, other than Disney World. During three short days I was able to see townhomes in a number of resort communities in my preferred area near Disney World and other attractions - enough to decide on a resort community and then it was a matter of waiting for the perfect home to come on the market.
