We first became acquainted with Shirley and Tom through their youtube video reviewing Bargrove Estates. Prior to working with them, we were doing our own search on properties and developments because we felt we were getting poor attention and effort from our current agent. We quickly realized that Shirley and Tom provide the level of service that buyers (even out of staters) deserve and need.  Since we were looking to build a home in a particular development, the process was slow but they kept constant communication with us and the property sales manager for updates.  When an opportunity to purchase a completed home in that development arose, they immediately went into action.    They took extraordinary steps during this period of time to make sure we were comfortable on making an offer while out of state.  They made sure the seller saw our offer first and we had a signed contract within 48 hours of discussing the property. Tom and Shirley were a complete blessing throughout our entire home-buying experience! Our overwhelming search for a home in Florida began with YouTube videos of Tom and Shirley driving through communities within Clermont. A simple phone call to them and we discovered a very friendly and accommodating couple that was very understanding of our needs and interests. When my wife and I decided to work with Tom and Shirley we didn't imagine how important they would be in the entire process from finding a house to the last stages of the closing. We moved from Pennsylvania to Florida. We called Shirley on a Sunday and within a hour she LITERALLY found us a lot and model based on our needs as a multigenerational family. We flew down and signed the papers within days of that initial call. Tom and Shirley were our eyes on the ground during the entire construction process of our home.
