They made sure the seller saw our offer first and we had a signed contract within 48 hours of discussing the property. Our overwhelming search for a home in Florida began with YouTube videos of Tom and Shirley driving through communities within Clermont. A simple phone call to them and we discovered a very friendly and accommodating couple that was very understanding of our needs and interests. We moved from Pennsylvania to Florida. We called Shirley on a Sunday and within a hour she LITERALLY found us a lot and model based on our needs as a multigenerational family.
