ALWAYS GOING THE EXTRA MILE TO GET THE DEAL DONE. TODD MADE THE SELLING OF A HOUSE I LOVED AND DID NOT WANT TO PART WITH BEARABLE. HE DOES NOT JUST SELL HOUSES, HE ADVISES ON THE ENTIRE PROCESS. IF YOU WANT AN EXPERT THAT KNOWS THE MARKET AND TREATS YOU LIKE A PERSON NOT A NUMBER... HIRE TODD. YOU WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY YOU DID.

I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Todd. Recently, Todd sold my 10-year old townhouse and assisted in my purchase of a new construction home. At first, I was unsure if I wanted to buy an existing house or build one. And then there was the question of an existing lot or a builder-owned lot. Todd was very patient and helpful during the entire process. He understands that real estate transactions are an important thing and wants you to find something that fits your expectations.
