Jan was great to work with! Jan had previously spent time helping us purchase a new home and quickly transitioned to selling when we were ready. Jan was very personable and on top of things. Jan made sure everything was in line and we knew what we needed to do! She had to keep asking the buyer's agent for the proper documents to get the sale done on time, even when the agent was being slow to respond. Everything went smoothly!
