My husband and I began searching for homes in Austin in May of 2023. We met Tina at an open house and had an immediate connection so stayed in touch and casually searched for homes through the hottest summer in years. All the while, she kept us in the know of the market. When we decided to amp up our search, in the fall, Tina went above and beyond for us. She was amazing to say the least! She would send us daily emails of new listings and would visit homes for us since we were from out of town. Tina would FaceTime us and walk through houses, often on the first day the home was listed. She was flexible in her scheduling to allow for us to see multiple homes on short notice when we had spare time to drive into Austin for the day. She offered guidance on pricing and areas of interest as well as provided contacts for financing, inspectors, and contractors. Honestly, she made searching for homes easy and fun and welcomed us to Austin in the most endearing way. We are so fortunate to have crossed paths with her and know anyone who has her help are just as lucky to have a great agent on their side.

After Tina helped us with the purchase of my mother in law's home in Sun City, we hired her to help with our own sale and purchase. Once again, she provided excellent service. Both transactions could not have gone smoother. She is very knowledgeable of the Austin market and will guide you every step of the way. I highly recommend Tina.

Tina is everything you will want in a real estate agent. She is very knowledgeable, a great negotiator and extremely detail oriented. I like that I did not have to ask her to do anything twice. If something required follow-up, she would always get back to me with an answer and not let things slip through the cracks. I also appreciated the dependable, fast, easy communication she provided through texts, emails and phone calls. Additionally, Tina also was always willing to go the extra mile by offering to help on tasks that are not part an agents normal job responsibilities. For example, offering to wait on an appliance delivery at the new home when it was difficult for me to get there. Tina made the whole process go very smoothly! Definitely recommend.

Tina was great at figuring out our needs as we went through the process of looking for a house.
