Jamie did a great job working for my family to help my son buy his first home. She had super neighborhood specific insight and help him keep his search very focused. She did most of the leg work to put the right potential homes in front of him and quickly helped him get to a buy decision. If you are looking for a home in the North Austin suburbs, please consider Jamie as your realtor.

Working with Jamie was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Highly recommend! As first-time homebuyers, we had many questions and concerns. She made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. Her knowledge of the market and the steps involved was truly impressive, and Jamie always took the time to explain things clearly and patiently. What stood out most was her availability — no matter the time or day, she was there to answer questions, offer guidance, and ease our concerns. Their friendly, positive attitude made every interaction enjoyable, and their confidence and expertise gave us real peace of mind throughout the journey. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner when buying our first home. Truly knowledgeable, incredibly supportive, and a delight to work with.

We had an amazing experience working with Jamie. She found exactly what we were looking for quickly and efficiently. She made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Her communication was excellent from start to finish—she was always available when we needed her, easy to reach, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly so we felt confident at every step. She truly went the extra mile for us, and on top of that, she’s just a wonderful person. We would 100% work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares.

Shelia is very knowledgeable about this market. She is quick to communicate by email and phone. This is my first purchase in Texas, and I would not hesitate to use Shelia Smith Oliver again.

Sheila is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with! She is incredibly responsive at all hours of the day (and weekends). She helped negotiate an amazing deal for us and saw the entire process through, going above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. The property we purchased was in a fairly remote location far away from where Sheila is based. Yet, she never complained about making the extra trip on site or coordinating things that go beyond what a real estate agent normally does. I have yet to meet an agent as knowledgable or as hardworking as her. She explained everything really well, never rushed us into a decision, and, when appropriate, gave us her opinion/advice based on years of experience. Her professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic throughout the process were top notch and made us feel really great about our decision to buy a new home. After we completed the purchasing process, Sheila sent us a very thoughtful gift and continues to remain in touch as a friend. I could not be more enthusiastic in recommending Sheila.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Sheila. She aided me in buying a property over 1200 miles from where I currently lived. She was very friendly, incredibly accommodating for after hours communication, and went way beyond in aiding me in finding home inspectors, contractors for quotes on repairs and more. She made the process so easy and connected me with so many people in the area to help me get to closing. Months after closing, she even checked in to see how my property improvements were coming along and made more suggestions for businesses in the area to further help me. Who does that? She went way above and beyond. I honestly believe it was not just because we hit it off, but because she genuinely cares about the people she meets and wants to help them all she can. I highly recommend calling Shiela for your real estate needs. You will be impressed.
