Tina was my agent around twenty years ago when I bought my first house in Henderson, the experience was very positive and smooth, and thanks to her I ended up with the exact house I was looking for. Now, twenty years later when I found my second house, I didn't think twice about reaching out to her again. Thankfully, she was still an agent here in Clark County, and it was like no time had passed. When I reached out to her, she responded immediately, and the process started right away. She was able to answer all my questions and, more importantly, let me know about things I should check or watch out for. She was an exceptional liaison between me and the sellers / agent, and was proactive in making sure everything that needed to get done was getting done. Even *after* the sale she would check in and make sure everything was going well, and when I indicated an issue, she reached out to the contractor and got the ball rolling. Ultimately, I couldn't be happier; we love the house, and because buying a house can be stressful I knew it was the right thing to reach out to her again; she was able to shepherd us through the complex process of buying a house (again), and I would absolutely recommend her, even for myself if the need comes up again!

Tina's attentiveness to our wants and needs was superior. She was able to find us the perfect home at the price that we wanted. Tina has an untouchable working knowledge of all the facets involving not only the home buying process but the current economic standing of the Las Vegas Valley. Tina answered all questions posed by us and also even helped the buyer with questions they had. She also was able to secure our home after we had moved to make sure that the buyers were not presented with problems, she goes above and beyond for her clients.
