Tim is an all around great realtor with lots of connections in the area. Very responsive and a great communicator. Works with opposing side well and has experience as an investor himself. Understands all the numbers that do into making rental properties work, so if that’s what you’re looking for he’s a great resource. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to my friends and family.
