I met with Tim when I was considering selling my house and wanted to get an overview of the current market. We discussed my goals and ideal timing for me to transition to my new home. Tim delivered a great analysis and a sales strategy that would get the best results. Two weeks later I was ready and he came with the market updates and then he did everything from there, in fact he said to get out of town for the weekend. In 3 days there were 44 showings, 18 offers - all over asking price - with all the negotiated extras that made this as nice of an experience I could imagine. The offer I accepted was beyond anything I could have expected. Tim covered all angles and went the extra mile to make sure everything was covered even on the new house I had purchased the previous year. He is so well connected in the metro Detroit area there isn't anything he misses including inspectors, appraisals, and familiarity with many other agents. We’ve used Tim to buy and sell three homes, that should tell you what we think of him. Tim used professional photography and wrote a great description of the two homes we sold. He did his homework on the comps so that the listing brought in buyers. He was spot on with what he expected us to get for each home. On the buying side, he was very creative in crafting our offers, especially when we were in a small bidding war on the home we loved.
