Tim met with us promptly after our contact. He was prepared to brief us on the real estate market in our area and provided helpful information during that initial meeting. The assessment and sale proposal was completed promptly and delivered electronically, to give us time to review it before we met to for his presentation. We had several updates we wanted to complete prior to listing. Tim provided us with several good references for the work we wanted done which was very helpful. He even met us to shop and help select fixtures for a bathroom update! His prior experience in kitchen and bath design proved very helpful to us. Other ways he exceeded our expectations include: -Finding a “handyman” to do many of the tasks we wanted done. -He came to our house for one of the several trash hauling jobs to help make sure the work was completed as promised. This was after we had had a bad experience with a prior waste company. -We were living in another city at the time and Tim made several special trips to the house for us when we couldn’t get back there. -Tim did the video for the virtual tour himself. He ended up hauling several items from one room to another to improve the staging. -Had both professional and aerial photography done. His strategy for listing and showing the house was very effective and he kept us apprised throughout the process. Fortunately our house sold in a matter of days and closing followed very quickly.
