I was selling a condo and didn’t know where to start. Tim came in and gave me advice on what things I needed to do, to get the most money. I took his advice, and optimized the amount of money I received. Tim kept me informed all along the way on things that were happening. I highly recommend Tim as a realtor to help anyone buying or selling a property!!!
Timothy Gale was a phenomenal realtor that made buying a new home fun and exciting. He is very knowledgeable about the housing market and offers tips on how to get everything you desire in a new house. Every step of the way he guides you through the housing process and answers all your questions. If any problem arises, Mr. Gale makes sure they are rectifed quickly. I personally would recommend him to anyone I know.
My husband and I were originally working with another agent who made us feel like he didn’t care about us and we were just an easy paycheck. Because we had a large area to look for homes, that agent was very limited on where he could help us and never offered to find us someone else who could assist us with that. That’s when Tim came along! Not only is he willing to drive to Timbuktu to find you the perfect home, he will work from morning until night with a great attitude and even better humor to keep a smile on all of our faces! I felt that whenever we might be dealing with a difficult seller, Tim knew just the right way to communicate what we wanted and how we could all come to the table in agreement and closure. Tim knew exactly what we wanted, always made us feel like we were the number one clients, and I felt that if there was ever an issue, we could completely and confidently rely on Tim to have our backs. I was never apprehensive to call or text and Tim was wonderful to run ideas and thoughts by when we were discouraged by our home search when homes were hard to find on the market. Tim didn’t just sit by and wait for us to find homes we wanted to look at, he always would bring back previous homes we had saved but forgot about or new homes that just popped up. I really felt like he was an agent that worked with AND for us! Although I plan on being in my new home for a very long time, when the time comes, we would hire Tim back in a second! We would refer him in a heartbeat and we are so grateful for Tim’s genuine love for his job and clients!
We are so grateful for Timothy, he helped us buy our house and sell it! When it came to selling my house he was very up to date on the current market and trends. He provided us with an entire analysis of our house value and helped us negotiate the best deal. What I really appreciated was how genuine he always was. He absolutely cared about us and was always there to help us along the way. He also takes a really impressive 3-D walkthrough of your house!
This is our second time using Tim and he is professional and knowledgeable of all things realty! Showing after showing in this crazy market and Tim helped us find the perfect house. He would always come prepared with a comparative market analysis because he knew I would ask. I would recommend him to anyone!
He went above and beyond to sell my mother’s home. From start to finish he made it smooth and easy. He was always readily available to help in any way he could. Honest, hard working and most of all put our needs first above all else.
Thank͏ you Tim Tim is a full service guy. I'm not going to list all of Tim's wonderful qualities, but he has many. He made selling our house as easy as possible. He will always be our go to guy! I recommend Tim with the highest degree of confidence.
