I could go on for a while about all that Jeff Wolter provided... but I will make it short and sweet. He is the best!!! To review Tim Wolter and his R.E. Group with new comments is difficult as others who preceeded us have already said it all. After our first meeting, we knew we would sign with Tim as he demonstrated exceptional support to a prospective seller. We requested specific ways in which we wanted Tim to market our residence. His response was, "no problem". We went on MLS and within 5 weeks, he sold our home and it was during a slow R.E. Market. Tim and his groups "accuracy to details" is always apparent. We would describe Tim: Exceeding Expectations. Professional. Knowledgeable. Responsive. Honest. Organized. Loves his family. Loves the area he is representing. Integrity. Communicates effectively with a respectful tone (especially when clients "jittery" concerns arise). His high quality of staff compliments the group with their clear and precise communication & concern of the client when confusion arises. Their "sense of urgency" never failed us. We were recommended Tim because he sells many of the homes in Ladera Ranch where we were looking to buy. We called him and from the beginning it was very clear how knowledgeable and experienced he was in the field. He was an excellent communicator, always keeping us in the loop as we were very excited to offer on our home. He negotiated and helped get insight into the other offers so that ours was in good standing. When it came to the inspection, he helped us ask for things to make sure the home was in near perfect condition when we moved in.
