I bought a house while living out of state, sight unseen, with Tim. He truly went the extra mile to make sure I was kept informed of what was going on. Truly a great guy, made me comfortable with the whole process while living hundreds of miles away. Would highly recommend with no reservation. Also was able to give me great recommendations for handymen, AC installers, etc. Knows the area!
