This, we believe resulted in a final disappointment of less than anticipated sale price. We had spent over $35K in updates and enhancements and believe that it would help in a better sale value. We started out at $447k listing price and sold for $392k, resulting in $55k difference. We know the government shutdown had some effect during this period.
