Since becoming licensed in 2013, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Northeast Ohio successfully navigate every type of market—from highly competitive seller’s markets to more balanced and shifting conditions. As the owner of The Tim Finn Team at RE/MAX Edge Realty, I’ve closed 475 real estate transactions totaling nearly $100 million in career sales volume. I consistently serve clients throughout Green, Akron, Canton, North Canton, Uniontown, and communities across Summit, Stark, Medina, and Portage counties, bringing local expertise and market insight to every transaction.
