Tiffany Mayfield

Tiffany was amazing. Her in depth knowledge of the coastal area was the key to finding us the perfect home. She responded to every question and every concern within minutes whether it was 7 am or 10:30 pm. She was guiding us with expert advice throughout the whole process. Once a decision to purchase was made, Tiffany and the Jennifer Bullock team coordinated the documents, the dates and times to close on the house. Everyone involved was organized, professional and extremely supportive. This is a “5 Star group” and would highly recommend this team to anyone considering buying or selling. Many thanks for finding us our perfect home!

Helped to find a home in our price range.

Tiffany is a 'go-getter' in every way. She shows up prepared and with suggestions and good guidance. She is flexible on scheduling and with ideas and looks to support her clients in every way. I highly recommend Tiffany and this team for real estate.

Tiffany truly exceeded our expectations! With our busy and inflexible work schedules, we viewed tons of properties, but she made it all possible by meeting us in the evenings and on weekends. She helped us discover our perfect home in the stunning Mallory Creek Plantation, and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Tiffany hit the mark perfectly when she suggested this community—it checked nearly every box on our wishlist. Now we get to enjoy walking and biking as much as we want! Huge thanks to Tiffany!!

When I began searching for a house, I did not believe it was achievable. I was uncertain about what I could afford based on my income, and I was hesitant to settle for a property that simply required some work. Tiffany provided guidance throughout the process, making it straightforward. She helped me determine the options within my budget in the area I desired to live. She asked insightful questions to refine my search and actively listened to my preferences. She was not pushy and did not attempt to persuade me into unsuitable options. Instead, she allowed me to make my own choices and was patient when I had doubts. Ultimately, I was able to find a property that was an ideal fit for me, including a garage. If you are unsure how to begin your search for a future home, I encourage you to contact Tiffany. Thank you, Tiffany.

Tiffany has been professional, patient and courteous throughout this three month sales process. We highly recommend Tiffany for all your real estate needs
