I have never felt more supported and taken care of during a decision this big. My husband and I were both first time home buyers. We purchased our home almost a year ago and it was honestly effortless. Tia was there for every question, every smile, every tear, at any time. And I mean ANYTIME. Tia is an absolute magician at what she does and you can truly tell her heart is in it. She helps you feel supported and hopeful in a process that can be stressful sometimes. I'm not easy to work with and my communication could definitely use some working on. Tia kept my house searches to exactly what I wanted while keeping location, price and availability in mind. We must have looked at a ton of houses that were close to what I wanted but she stayed adamant that my perfect home was out there. and she found it for me. I never would have stumbled on to it if it wasn't for her checking and rechecking on availability. The market is currently moving so fast that I would have missed out on even seeing homes because I had to work, so having Tia in my corner was an immense help. When I did go to put in an offer on a house, she contacted the seller's agent and conveyed our concerns of work that would have to be done right out of the gate and we're we able to make an offer under asking price that was accepted. And now I've got the perfect house for myself and family. I really can't say it enough, but she was the driving force of pushing this deal through. She was everything I would want in a realty agent and more, I personally look forward to working with her in the future when the time comes.
