Born in Kentucky, I spent the majority of my life in Maryland where I began a highly successful real estate career after 27 years as an entrepreneur. My journey began with founding an electrical wire harness manufacturing company following my role as a production supervisor at Westinghouse Molecular Electronic. Before venturing into private industry, I proudly served as an auto-pilot specialist in the United States Air Force.
After years in private industry, my enduring passion for real estate sales led me to chase my dream. Leveraging my business experience and military discipline, I earned the title of Rookie of the Year for a national real estate company. Subsequently, I received accolades such as the Home Team Spirit Award, the President’s Award for top sales agent, a lifetime membership in the Million Dollar Realtors Association, and the President’s Award for three consecutive years.
Amid these achievements and numerous home sales, I remained actively involved in the community, particularly with the Veterans of Foreign Wars, where I attained the distinction of All American Commander for two consecutive years. I also served on various state and national committees and became a life member of the American Legion. For 28 years, I volunteered with the Children’s Cancer Foundation at Johns Hopkins Hospital, collaborating with renowned pediatric neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson.
After 15 successful years in real estate, my wife and I, wanting to be closer to our daughters in North Carolina, relocated to the Carolinas. This move provided valuable insights into the needs of those relocating or retiring in the region. Consequently, I became a licensed agent in both North and South Carolina with RE/MAX.
Whether you're a first-time buyer or someone seeking a new home in a different community, my commitment to you remains my guiding principle. Let me extend my commitment to help make your home buying or selling experience truly satisfying and rewarding.
