Thia Kilpatrick

I have dealt with quite a few agents in my life time and Thia is the most dedicated I've worked with. She's very knowledgeable about the market and makes sure that everything goes smoothly, i.e. working with the other agent, paperwork, closing. I was kept informed during the entire process. If you're looking for an honest realtor that looks out for your interest, you won't find any better.

This was our third house to sell. We met Thia through a friend, so glad we did. She more than met our expectations of what an agent should do. Her knowledge of the market and ability to price our house fairly was amazing. The one thing I really liked was being able to call her and she would answer her phone. In the few times she couldn’t answer she would return our call promptly. This day and age that doesn’t happen often. You could always depend on what she told you, she would do.

Most of us fall into the category of just being "average'. When selling prime property that has been in the family for over 120 years, who wants an average salesperson. Average being 'worse of the best' and 'best of the worse' wasn't compelling when we were selecting a realtor for this reason. Thia Kilpatrick doesn't belong in either of these groups. She toured the property, researched the market and came to the right conclusion. Her evaluation of the property was: It is unique, different and far better than the average. We will seek a buyer that is looking for land far better than the average. They will be willing to recognize the true value of the property and be willing to pay the worth of it, not the average going prices. She was correct in her assessment. In very short order, potential buyers were looking with interest. In only a few weeks it was sold. The buyers are the kind of people we wanted to live on our family homestead, which was our heritage. The manner in which Thia advertised, promoted and conducted this sale was very professional. We could place our trust in Thia. We both knew that she would always do that which was right. We assert that Thia Kilpatrick is truly in the category of 'best of the best'.

Thia is well versed and very knowledgeable in real estate! She works very hard and does an excellent job!
