Theresa helped us narrow what was initially a very broad search to a couple of areas and a dozen homes. She pointed out aspects of the homes we viewed that neither my husband nor I would have noticed, both positive and negative so we were properly informed. After weselected a home, Theresa guided us through the process of purchase and maintained excellent communication between the seller's agent. Overall, she made the whole process efficient and enjoyable. Her contacts in the industry and trades have helped us beyond the closing date.
