During the very, very short time that our Father,’s home was on the market Alan and Dave were right there with us. They helped us prepare the house to get top dollar. They gave us names of contractors for the work that needed to be done. The house was on the market for three days and we got an offer. Some negotiating needed to be done, which Alan is a pro at. In addition, we needed the appraisal to come in at the listing price and Alan worked his magic. After everything was all set Alan and Dave got to the finish line.
