Corbin presented me with a complete analysis of the market in the are, the average price of the houses and the average period a house would be on the market. Before the house was put on the market, a professional. photographer took photos of the house. Every week I would receive a report of the showings and what the people thought of the house, price, etc. All this feedback helped to adjust the pricing on the house and sell it within the time frame we expected. Corbin help us greatly to navigate the negotiation of the house all the way to the closing. This is my second time doing business with the Alan Smith Team, and I will choose them again if the opportunity arises.
