This is our second time using the Alan Smith Team and again, it was an amazing process. Corbin was able to handling everything while we were out of state which gave us peace if mind. Once the house was cleaned out, he had different vendors that were able to handle a deep clean, pictures, and general fixes ready to go so we didn't have to do any of it! We loved working with them and hopefully our paths cross again!

We very recently (April 2023) worked with Alan, Corbin and Shari. All were extremely accommodating and the nicest individuals you would ever meet. They had a buyer lined up for our old house so there were absolutely no hassles, got us more than the original asking price, and provided services above and beyond (cleaning upon exit, 5 hours of handyman fixups, a pre-inspection and free use of their moving truck in the 2-weeks prior to possession). We used them for the purchase of our new house as well as they negotiated a contract quite favorable to us. Through it all, they were responsive and communicative about any issue, and their knowledge of the market was palpable as they advised us on how to approach the buy and sell, which was not only helpful but invaluable in achieving our desired results on both ends; and they especially know Grant Ranch (our old house) where they sell over 90% of the homes exchanged.
