My daughter was looking to purchase a small home in the Littleton area and Dave, an agent of the Alan Smith Team, did an excellent job to help her find the perfect place. Because her lease was up at her apartment complex, she had to move out at a specific time, and it was a very pressured type of situation. Because Dave was very knowledable about the Grant Ranch community, he was able to help her find the perfect home in the Provence subdivision. Also, because there were several times my daughter needed additional help in the purchasing and moving process, it was the office assistant, Shari, who was always available, friendly and helpful. Shari was a delight to know and work with every time. When it was time to move, my daughter was able to use the Re-Max truck for free. Everyone on this team is helpful and wonderful to work with . . . especially in stressful situations. I highly recommend this great professional team!
