Terry definitely demonstrated why she was broker of the year. She was patient with us as we cleaned up the property for the sale, and provided great advice. When we posted it, the price was competitive based on her recommendations and we actually got over the list price. She was always available for our questions and although she had probably heard them all before, she made time to explain things clearly.
