Terry Riel is excellent in all that she did for us, not just selling our house but in all aspects of looking for a new home and in the dealings with everything pertaining to the home we eventually ended up buying. Top notch with everything. I would recommend her to anyone and would use her again if we ever found ourselves wanting to move and sell our current home.
Terry was amazing. She was supportive, understanding, considerate and encouraging. I relied on her experience and knowledge a great deal and she didn't disappoint. I came to think of her not only as my realtor/broker but as a friend that I could trust and never doubted that she only had my best interests in mind. She made a very uncertain, stressful process manageable and so much easier for me than it could have been. I would highly recommend Terry to anyone that asks. Her referrals and recommendations regarding a Mortgage broker & inspector were instrumental in expediting my closing (within in 2 wks of my offer) and getting me the house of my dreams.
Terry was simply amazing. She came recommend from a family member and I am so glad she did. She is extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and was always there for us. She always made us feel like we were her number one priority!
This was a difficult property to sell and Terry was terrific in getting it done! Terry was quick and very responsive to all my questions. Amazing how fast everything happened. I would definately recommend Terry Riel for selling your property. Thank you!
Terry Riel was professional and outstanding in every way. She knows the market and knows how to price your house for sale. She offered distinct advice and guidance and was never pushy. Terry was prompt with all responses and assisted with contract negotiations quickly. We would use her again in a heartbeat.
We thought Terry was very professional, enjoyed the home buying experience And would appreciate to have her service again. Thank you kindly.
I could never say enough good about Terry. She handled a challenging transaction with professionalism and humor. She is an asset to your office. If I could, I would use her over and over again!
Terri stuck it out with us through all the ups and downs and always had our best interest in mind. If you want someone who will, have your back from beginning to the end, she is who we would want on our side. No matter what hiccups came up, Terri always was on top of it to keep the sale moving forward. A big thank you for all the hard work in getting this sale completed.
We would trust Terry to handle any real estate transactions we may need. We would not use anyone else. She is thorough, thoughtful and has her customers interest at heart.
Terry Riel did a wonderful job selling my waterfront property. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. Her advice and overall handling of the sale was invaluable.
We met with multiple agents. One agent was very adamant that we list our property for $100k, and be prepared to sell for $80K. After meeting with Terry, we decided to list our home at $170k....and received a full price offer within a week of listing. Without Terry's knowledge of our area, her skills in helping us estimate the sale price, and her knowledge of the market, I would have missed out on $70k to possibly $90k. She's outstanding. We sold my childhood home, which was extremely emotional for us. Our son is also dealing with some serious health issues. Terry was relaxed, confident when I wasn't, and was a center for us during the storm of selling our home. I always felt that she was on my side, rooting for us, and that she gave us honest advice and guidance, while at the same time making sure that we knew we were in charge of the process. She advocated for us to make decisions based on what we felt was right and important for our family. I will never use another agent - Terry is that exceptional.
