We met with multiple agents. One agent was very adamant that we list our property for $100k, and be prepared to sell for $80K. After meeting with Terry, we decided to list our home at $170k....and received a full price offer within a week of listing. Without Terry's knowledge of our area, her skills in helping us estimate the sale price, and her knowledge of the market, I would have missed out on $70k to possibly $90k. She's outstanding. We sold my childhood home, which was extremely emotional for us. Our son is also dealing with some serious health issues.
