Terry really understood the whole process. She made trips to my house to deliver or collect paperwork as well as the showings. I was updated on everything that happened.Near the end there was a problem with my mortgage company and Terry kept in close contact with me and them to resolve the issue in time to close. She was always knowledgeable, efficient and thoughtful.
