Terry really understood the whole process. She made trips to my house to deliver or collect paperwork as well as the showings. I was updated on everything that happened.Near the end there was a problem with my mortgage company and Terry kept in close contact with me and them to resolve the issue in time to close. She was always knowledgeable, efficient and thoughtful.

Terry showed the cottage numerous times. Remember, this was before the real estate Boom. She advertised the property extensively. I’m sure we were not the easiest sellers to work with since we were very conflicted about selling.
