We were selling and buying a home with Ryan’s Kalantzis’s help. He is very kind, pays attention to details and people( even when we were both talking at the same time). His attention and care to our needs and prompt replies and responses to emails, phone calls and texts made everything reassuring and easy to navigate through. He even worked with us during his cruise vacation. And he did this with a positive attitude and a great smile. We are happy we got to know him and work with him… and we love our new home. I was absolutely clueless with the process of selling my property. The first time Ashley came to my house she explained the process and had prepared a comparison of properties for me to help come up with the final price. She had arranged for a photographer to make a brochure and soon after was showing the property. Within a few weeks the house was sold. Ashley then helped me with the proper paperwork that is required to sell a house. Registry of deeds, taxes, the change of utilities responsibilities and other paperwork that only a good realtor knows. She guided me through it all. Ashley is very good at her job. She knows that buying and selling property can be very confusing to the typical home owner and with confidence and guidance Ashley calmly can help a home owner get through a very confusing and stressful time.

We can not say enough good things about Jeanne. She worked hard, and helped us out tremendously as we were looking at houses from out of state, which was a challenge in and of itself. Jeanne did face time showings, videos and helped along the way to make sure the process was as smooth as possible. We had some challenges that came up when looking and putting in offers and believe if we did not have Jeanne to help with those, we still would not have a house. Jeanne is a kind, caring, friendly, professional and awesome person, who brings these qualities to the profession.
