I was absolutely clueless with the process of selling my property. The first time Ashley came to my house she explained the process and had prepared a comparison of properties for me to help come up with the final price. She had arranged for a photographer to make a brochure and soon after was showing the property. Within a few weeks the house was sold. Ashley then helped me with the proper paperwork that is required to sell a house. Registry of deeds, taxes, the change of utilities responsibilities and other paperwork that only a good realtor knows. She guided me through it all. Ashley is very good at her job. She knows that buying and selling property can be very confusing to the typical home owner and with confidence and guidance Ashley calmly can help a home owner get through a very confusing and stressful time.
