Terri worked hard to get us into our dream home! It was a tough market in 2020 - but she didn't give up! She took us to house after house, put in offer after offer, and never got discouraged when someone beat us to the punch on a house! She continued to show us places with a smile on her face until we finally found THE ONE! She acted fast, got our offer in quickly and everything went smoothly from that moment on. She's a wonderful realtor and fantastic person. She will work hard for YOU!

Over seven years ago, Terri helped us buy our house in Grand Rapids. We were happy with her service, so we used her again when we decided to move to FL. She exceeded our expectations during the selling process. She patiently listed to my requirements for showings and agree to them all (and I severely limited when and how my house could be showed 🙂). She set the price right so that we had a quick sale without counteroffers back and forth. She was there always for inspections, appraisal, and closing. She listened always to what we wanted and helped eliminate the obstacles (like closing from FL) that arose. We highly recommend Terri!

Terri is a great realtor to work with, whether buying or selling, of which we experienced both. She is very knowledgeable of the area, along with knowing all about the realty business. She has a fantastic personality and makes house hunting and selling fun. Very witty!!!

Terri made this process fun and comfortable. She guided us through the sale of our home and helped us to find and purchase a new home. She knew exactly how to market the home we were selling and was always watching for a home we might be interested in. She always made time for us and we loved working with her.
