I contacted Terri as a new home buyer (lots of questions) on a property my husband and I were interested in purchasing. Terri represented the seller, but after talking to her a few times, I immediately felt comfortable with her representing us as the buyers. She was very knowledgeable on the property and anything she wasn't sure about, she got answered by the home owner within 24 hours! She made the home buying experience so easy and stress free. She stayed neutral and professional throughout the process. At closing, we were able to meet the seller and get the history of the property and home and find out about the neighborhood and other valuable information that not all agents make available for you to do. Terri is wonderful to work with and I wish/hope I can buy more properties with her in the future!

We worked with Terri for almost 2 years. We were kind of fussy buyers, but she never lost patients with us. When we found our house, we were turned down, she encouraged us to make a counteroffer. We were turned down again, I gave up, the house was perfect for us, but it was sold. Terri kept watching and kept in contact with the seller's realtor and kept telling them we were ready if anything fell through, well sure enough it did and instead of listing it again they took our offer. If we didn't have Terri, we don't have this house not a day goes buy we don't think of her. She always had our best interest at heart.
