Stress free experience! We contacted Terri after seeing that she was the listing agent on a home we were interested in. We were looking to move from the west coast to northern Minnesota, and Covid-19 was playing a huge role in restricting our travel. 100% of the home viewings were done with Terri online, through facetime. She took the time to look as buyers would look, peeking into cupboards to gauge the depth, walking around the homes on the outside, getting up close with door hinges to show us the condition. She was absolutely amazing, finding out the answers to all of our questions, showing us homes that she knew we would love and steering us clear of homes that were not family ready. In the end, we made a purchase of a property she found for us, and met her in person an hour ahead of signing when she took us through the final walk through, (the first time we had actually been inside the home) and then led us to the signing. Buying a house is terribly stressful, moving from out of state is a challenge, doing it in the winter is a trial, and all while there is a pandemic is crazy... I would recommend Terri to anyone buying or selling. Terri did an outstanding job in selling our house. Terri made sure she brought in the right clients to view our property. When I met Terri she told me " I will sell your house ". After the offer had been accepted by us, Terri brought her clients and us together for a meeting. In doing this we made some great friends with the buyers and were comfortable knowing our property would be going into good hands. We also made a good friend in Terri. Terri went out of her way to check on our property since we had relocated to our new area. Terri sent us information on the condition of the house and checked to make sure the furnace was running as should since we could not be available to check in on it.
