Teri was very helpful and professional and educated me in the pretty complex process when it comes to buying your first home. Very patient and also diligent, she showed me more house I ever imagined, almost 30 houses in a super busy seller's market.She was punctual to all our meetings and they were a lot, most of them during the week ends as I travel a lot with business during the week. Every time I had a question, and they were a lot (as a first time buyer) she had a very professional answer. She is a very pleasant person who encourages clients to ask questions, even if sometimes they might be stupid. She took the time to explain in common words (that I could understand) every detail. And her knowledge in this industry is very broad. Lenders, banks, mortgage rates/insurance, refinancing, etc. And when asked she would give you her personal opinion. Would not talk unless she was asked. She can be discreet and professional, making you feel you have someone on your side representing your interests and goals. She would not be discouraged easily if a property that you see does not meet all your requirements and standards. My experience with Teri was buying a house and she did a wonderful job.
