I was a first time home buyer looking for a home in an unfamiliar area. I was interested in a house in the Lake Elizabeth area and decided to end an email. Teri was the first to respond. She was absolutely amazing through the whole home buying process and made great suggestions on counter offers which actually lead to me buying the house. Teri is very knowledgeable about the area and offered great suggestions for different services and eateries. We closed escrow two weeks early and even after I was moved in, I still had a few questions and concerns that she quickly addressed. She even came out and helped me cut the lock on my mailbox.
