Teri Gordon was amazing at helping us navigate a complicated sale for a property in a trust with 3 people. The property had a guest home and a large shop. She advised on what was needed to sell quickly. We took her advice and made all changes and the home sold fast. We are impressed with her knowledge and caring about the ultimate outcome. She really listened to what our goal was and delivered. We will use her again!!

In life, some say "Jesus Take The Wheel" when it comes to selling or buying a home, those in the know say "Teri Gordon, Make the deal" Buying and selling homes is stressful. You want, no, YOU NEED someone who can steer the ship, while you mop the decks. Teri does just that! DO NOT PUT THE SALE OR PURCHASE OF YOUR HOME IN THE HANDS OF AN AMATEUR - YOU NEED A PROFESSIONAL & TERI GORDON IS THAT PROFESSIONAL! Thank you Teri, we appreciate you.

Teri Gordon was absolutely wonderful to work with when she helped sell my mom’s home in California. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive. She kept us informed every step of the way and always made sure we understood what was happening throughout the process. Selling a home can be stressful, especially when you’re handling things from out of state, but Teri made everything feel easy and manageable. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make the entire experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. We are so grateful for all of her hard work and guidance. If you’re looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients and will go the extra mile, I highly recommend Teri Gordon! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. ❤️

Teri Gordon is the ideal realtor! I have bought and sold several homes in my life, but I have never had a realtor work harder and communicate better than Teri. "Above and beyond" are the best words I can think of to describe her dedication to both her profession and her clients. From the listing to the closing Teri was always in touch and always available. On several occasions, during our selling process, we needed extra or unique help with one thing or another, and every time, Teri's help was just a phone call or a text away! We had to sell a home that was very unique and felt, at first, like a big challenge for us, but Teri, with her "can do attitude" and very comforting presence and help, made it seem easy! If you're looking for a very experienced realtor who also really cares about the people she assists with a home purchase or a sale, or both!, we highly recommend Teri Gordon! Thank you Teri, for an amazing experience!

Best realtor in the lakes area. Went with another realtor initially to try to sell our home, after switching to Teri she was able to find a suitable buyer pretty quickly. Super positive experience working with Teri!

my working experience with Terri GORDON has been exceptional. She is a consummate professional who always went above and beyond during our sale transaction for a client of mine. I specialize in commercial real estate in California and needed a residential partner to complete a sale for a client of mine. Although there were many obstacles along the way of making this sale, Terri never gave up, kept her spirits high, and got the job done delivering wonderful results for my client. I would definitely work with her again and recommend her to any sellers or buyers in the residential marketplace, she’s a very hard worker. Thank you Terri for everything.

Oh my gosh! Thank you so much, Teri! We really appreciate everything you did to sell our home. LJ
