She tends to be more conservative with her approach to making offers on houses, so if you're in a competitive market you may have to lead the conversation for what to put in on an offer over asking. Everything that could have gone wrong DID - this was not an easy home to sell for a variety of reasons. From Day 1, Teri worked tirelessly to prep the home for sale with her vendors who were exceptional professionals and affordable to boot. When we ran into more issues - none of them due to Teri or her team - she managed them flawlessly, promptly and always with perfect communication. I am not an easy client - I have high expectations and I expect results. After talking to some other local realtors, I knew my expectations would not be met.
