Overall had a good experience with Teri. She is excellent at both selling and buying and is responsive both via phone/text, as well as email. She tends to be more conservative with her approach to making offers on houses, so if you're in a competitive market you may have to lead the conversation for what to put in on an offer over asking. She's very trustworthy and very detailed in her approach.
