Teri is a very knowledgeable agent and knows the market inside and out. She was diligent and expedient to obtain any information that we requested. Often times she would have the information within hours. She was patient, considerate, and accommodating. She is a ROCK STAR.
Teri was upfront and direct. Attributes that I appreciate. She was readily available and answered all inquires promptly. I followed her advice and did only the repairs that she suggested, which saved me money and the house sold in less then two weeks. I highly recommend her.
Overall had a good experience with Teri. She is excellent at both selling and buying and is responsive both via phone/text, as well as email. She tends to be more conservative with her approach to making offers on houses, so if you're in a competitive market you may have to lead the conversation for what to put in on an offer over asking. She's very trustworthy and very detailed in her approach.
Everything that could have gone wrong DID - this was not an easy home to sell for a variety of reasons. From Day 1, Teri worked tirelessly to prep the home for sale with her vendors who were exceptional professionals and affordable to boot. When we ran into more issues - none of them due to Teri or her team - she managed them flawlessly, promptly and always with perfect communication. I am not an easy client - I have high expectations and I expect results. After talking to some other local realtors, I knew my expectations would not be met. But after talking to Teri for 2 minutes, it was clear she was going to knock this sale out of the park - and she did! I never had a second of regret. At one point, I truly thought this home would not sell under the circumstances against us... but Teri never gave up and made me a sizable profit while removing every bit of stress and worry. I could not be more pleased or grateful. If you are looking for a true professional who is an expert in more rural communities as well as the AV, do yourself a favor and call Teri - and no one else.
