Tera was FANTASTIC! We were moving here from out of state. She made sure to have all the listing that met our criteria set up to view on schedule. She helped us learn about the area, and was able to address any questions we had. She was able to give us good options for recommendations of people to work with for financing, inspections, and other items since we are new to the area. Tera went above and beyond when we finally chose a house to help us negotiate "the deal", and even arranged for a specialist look at a concern we had after the inspection. Needless to say, she helped us buy the perfect house! Her follow was great, and she was so much fun to work with! I would highly recommend her as a Realtor!

Tera is very knowledgeable about the area, the market, and how things were moving or not moving. I very much appreciated her communication, she kept me up to date on all aspects of the sale and where we were at in the process. She had my best interests in mind and helped find solutions or made suggestions on what to do when something came up. She let me know what to expect and went above and beyond on more than one occasion. I liked that she was very professional, but at the same time she didn't make you feel like you were just being helped for her to make money. Tera was kind, personable, and VERY VERY patient.
