She helped us learn about the area, and was able to address any questions we had. She was able to give us good options for recommendations of people to work with for financing, inspections, and other items since we are new to the area. Tera went above and beyond when we finally chose a house to help us negotiate "the deal", and even arranged for a specialist look at a concern we had after the inspection. Needless to say, she helped us buy the perfect house! Her follow was great, and she was so much fun to work with! I would highly recommend her as a Realtor!

I told Tera Wilson last October, 2021 what I was looking for in Prescott, and she called me - six months later - as soon as she found something that fit my description . She did not bother me earlier with properties that did not fit my specifications ,and with this one Tera was spot on first time - so she really listened to what I was looking for . She previewed the property for me the first day it came on the market and on her recommendation I flew to Phoenix and drove to Prescott immediately , saw the properties, put in an offer and got the offer accepted all in 24 hours. Tera helped me negotiate, as, despite my 10 years in REAL Estate, the AZ regulations are different than the CA or MA ones. She also went the extra mile and found and arranged the home inspection or for me with a really good home inspector, and she attended the end of the home inspection , and walked me through the ramifications of the inspection . We closed 16 days after submitting our offer At all times Tera was competent, enthusiastic, hard working, efficient and friendly - I could not have done this long- distance deal without her and would heartily recommend her to anyone else looking to buy in the Prescott area.

If we had a question for Tera Wilson and it was 9:00pm, we'd text, expecting an answer in the morning. Wow!! There would always be an answer within 2-3 minutes!!! (Even when we told her not to take her time that evening, she always did!) Our purchase was not an easy one. Tera Wilson stayed on top of every detail and kept us informed constantly.
