Tarik is a very professional realtor and does his job with love! Yes, I mean it. He meets with you and explains every step you will go through in detail. His communication is as best as it can be. He calls and checks something or inform you about the process. He motivates you by warning you about the things you should do. I was getting text messages reminding me about documents or other required things. Thus, you do everything on time. He motivates and facilitates you in this way. He also has a lot of knowledge about the market and the process so that he provides creative solutions for the problems you are experiencing. Be sure, he resolves it in a way. I want to add more friend like things to my review so you can know how much helpful he is. I will explain what I experienced so you judge his extra-quality in his job. I had been in Turkey and started the process when I was there. I chose a townhouse and told him on July, 3rd. He was so quick to contact and reserved that house although it is July 4th holiday weekend. He did not have to. We had power attorney issues for my husband because he would not be in the closing. Tarik was with us online trying to find ways and solve this issue as well. Then, we came here and noticed that our car was out of battery when we are scheduled a meeting with Tarik for seeing the house. We called Tarik and he gave a ride and showed the house. This is usual for any kind person but he did more. He changed the battery in the following day! That is extra thing that he does not have to do as a realtor. He is so nice and caring! Then, my loan process was a complicated and though one. He worked with us with other wonderful loan processors to solve every issue one by one. It lasted more than a month. I took much of their time and effort. He does not have to deal with loan issues that much too. But, I am telling you it is Tarik's way. I certainly recommend Tarik if you need a realtor.
