He scheduled the showings at convenient times and he arranged the schedule based on the geographics location and to save time between appointments. Tarik did additional research for each property and informed me of important pros and cons for each one. Once I found a property I liked, Tarik organized the inspection appointment and was present on the day of inspection, instead of me. Where do I start? Tarik Yuce is the best realtor that you will ever find! He goes up and beyond the call of duty! I will never use another realtor! He is very patient and thorough in the process to find the perfect home for you. (He looked with us for over a year to find the perfect house that we were looking for with zero burn out!). He does incredible research on each property and area that he shows you. He gives you his honest input. (He told us to walk away from our first contracted property due to the HOA....) He has researched and has awesome resources for you, if you don't have them already lined up. (For example, the home inspections). He is there to help you with anything that comes up. (We bought an older home that had some issues that came up on the inspection.), He even reminds you to transfer the utilities into your name on the way to closing! He is always available to help within a few hours, always gave us the true friend feeling and made us feel like we were his only clients every time I called him! Never rushed or too busy through out the process.
