In a word – awesome!
Most people think it’s the big things that set people apart, but for Tarik it’s the countless little things that make him great at his job. For instance, every time we went house shopping, he would print out our itinerary, provide listing information, as well as run a quick comparative analysis of the area so we all could be informed during the showing. He prides himself on these little things as well as his communicate skills, which is by far one of his best traits. He was immediate in his responses. Even if he couldn’t talk, he’d make sure we knew he received our message and get back to us at the very next moment he could. After a long day of house shopping, he’d follow-up either latter that night or the next day to get our feedback or to offer an ear to help us work through our thoughts.
Tarik is dedicated to you, your family, and to getting the job done well. Even when my wife and I felt there was nothing out there for us, Tarik instilled positivity and never let us quit. He kept searching, kept sending us homes. And once we found the right one, Tarik took care of the rest. In an ultra-competitive market, Tarik devised a strategy to help us win the contract. During the purchasing process, he was there every step of the way offering his guidance, expertise, and time. For example, he not only helped us find the multiple specialized inspectors we wanted (just being overly cautious), but he was also at each of those appointments.
Most importantly, Tarik never shied away from the lengthy conversations related to my family’s apprehensions about buying during these confusing and strange times. Always remembering to be a friend first, and a realtor second. Again, it’s the small things that Tarik brings that makes the biggest impact on your buying experience. He truly did a wonderful job in helping us find the right home for our family. Thank you, Tarik.
