Tara is the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. She helped us navigate a complex closing from out of state, and even when tensions were high with the sellers, she stayed highly professional and kept a level head during negotiations. She fought for us, and as a result, we not only won against multiple other competitive bids, but we also ended up with a credit during one of the hottest housing markets. In addition, she helped us find potential issues at inspection that we never thought to check/ask for that could have resulted in expensive surprise bills. Highly, highly recommend.
