This is by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had selling or buying a house. Tammy is nothing but quick with what she does and getting the job done. Very kind and always making sure that we are well informed and made everything run smooth. Not to mention it was under 4 days for the house to be under its first and last contract. She is amazing at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone. So very happy with the way everything went and ended.
She's the greatest says it all!! We moved to Florida from West Virginia approximately 5 years ago. Tammy is the only realtor that called me back and unbeknownst to me at the time, she was actually on vacation. She stuck with us through tons of showings and helped us land our first Florida home. We decided to downsize after a couple years and Tammy worked with us to find the perfect buyer as well our second Florida home. Unfortunately, my mother needed help so we decided to move in with her and sold our home once again. The home wasn't on the market 24 hours and we had a cash offer for the listing price (I can say I wasn't expecting that). Tammy is absolutely amazing and I couldn't recommend a better realtor. Tammy is an excellent agent. She took charge of all the details and went over and above the basics. I was always able to reach her by phone or text. She helped me decide on a listing price that was realistic in the market at the time. The presentation of my property on the listing was over the top. The photographer actually did an aerial shot of the location in the condo community. From our first meeting, then the presentation of offers and negotiations, to the closing, her professionalism and personality were outstanding! I was moving out of state and wanted a fast sale. She made it happen at a price that was acceptable, and did it in record time! I would not hesitate to recommend Tammy to friends and family, as a wonderful agent who works hard to get results.
