I have to say Tammy is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with, Her professional, personality, and attention to detail, responsiveness, and her ability to close the deal was outstanding. We knew when we put our place on the market that it would be tough to sell. Between a challenging neighborhood environment, an older home, Covid, negotiating/managing out of state, and the market in general, we weren't optimistic that we could get anything near our asking price. Tammy to the rescue! She suggested ways to stage the home, included perfect details in the MLS description, and kept the flow of communication constant and positive (even when the news wasn't). When we had items that needed to be addressed to pass inspection Tammy had a network of professionals who were able to help. (Again something that would have been impossible to handle out of state). Tammy was empathetic when we became emotional about the sale and always encouraged us to see the bright side. From beginning to closing she held our hand, educated us, treated us kindly and professionally. Should we find ourselves in need of a realtor again I will definitely use her!
