We knew when we put our place on the market that it would be tough to sell. Between a challenging neighborhood environment, an older home, Covid, negotiating/managing out of state, and the market in general, we weren't optimistic that we could get anything near our asking price. When we had items that needed to be addressed to pass inspection Tammy had a network of professionals who were able to help. (Again something that would have been impossible to handle out of state). Tammy was empathetic when we became emotional about the sale and always encouraged us to see the bright side.
