I'll be honest, I usually don't mix personal relationships with business transactions... especially when it comes to buying a house. HOWEVER, I am so thankful I did. From the word go, Tammy gave her absolute best and made the experience so much better! Tammy made my first time buying experience wonderful. She was patient with all of my questions. Explaining things to help me feel confident in make the right choices. There are no words to say how simple Tammy made things for me. I was thinking of listing myself, but after investigating, I realized I was over my head and would take a lot of my time. Her professionalism and knowledge in the business are worth every penny she gets. Also, the professional photographer she brings in does a fantastic job. I listed on Nov. 17 and had a contract on Nov.22. I was shopping in Macy's when she called and told me we were in the bidding war all over asking. She is the best.
