I'll be honest, I usually don't mix personal relationships with business transactions... especially when it comes to buying a house. HOWEVER, I am so thankful I did. There are no words to say how simple Tammy made things for me. I was thinking of listing myself, but after investigating, I realized I was over my head and would take a lot of my time.
